West Skyline Parkway Retaining Wall Restoration to Start July 9

 

[Duluth, MN] - The City of Duluth will be starting the second retaining wall restoration project on West Skyline Parkway at the Oneota Overlook starting Monday July 9, 2018. In order to complete the necessary work, West Skyline Parkway will be closed just west of 28th Avenue West and just east of 40th Avenue West. The detour route will be 24th Ave West - Grand Avenue - 40th Avenue West to continue access to either east or west bound Skyline Parkway. The tentative completion date is October 5th.

 

As a reminder, the turnout area along West Skyline Parkway, located in front of Enger Park, is still closed with a tentative completion date of August 24, 2018.
