Mayor Larson, MBJ Development Corp. and State Officials to Break Ground

on CityView Flats Housing Development

333 North 1st Ave West

September 6, 2018 at 1:30 pm

 

[Duluth, MN - Mayor Emily Larson, Marshall Jackson (MBJ Development Corp., developer for City View Flats), Minnesota Housing Finance Agency, People's Bank and other City officials will convene on September 6, 2018 at 1:30 pm to break ground on a new $20 million 105-unit apartment complex located at 333 North West 1st Ave in the Duluth Central Hillside.

 

The vision of CityView Flats is to expand workforce housing in downtown Duluth offering contemporary apartments with high quality amenities, common areas and heated, secure parking.

 

CityView Flats is being developed by MBJ Development in collaboration with the City of Duluth and Minnesota Housing Authority. Johnson Wilson Constructors is the contractor and the financing is through Peoples Bank Midwest.

 

Mayor Larson and the representatives will make remarks and be available for one-on-one interviews.
