On Sunday September 23, 2018 at 0820 Duluth Police responded to the 1900 Block of Minnesota Avenue for a report of a boat that washed ashore. This appears to be a Scandinavian Style boat. Several authentic oars were removed by police and were safely stored. No identifiers were located on or in the boat as to its ownership. We did receive any calls regarding a water emergency related to this discovery. Duluth Police would like to get this back to its owner.
