SUBJECT: Two Formally Charged After Methamphetamine Search Warrant

[DULUTH, MN] - On October 23^rd 2018, the Lake Superior Drug and Violent Crime Task Force, Cloquet PD, Carlton County Sheriff's Department, and the Duluth Police Department Tactical Response Team executed a search warrant at an apartment on the 900 block of East 6^th Street. The search warrant was the result of a Task Force investigation into the sale of methamphetamine at the apartment. During the search investigators recovered methamphetamine, drug packaging, digital scales, drug paraphernalia, a firearm and firearm ammunition.

Damien Michael Saylor (35) was formally charged on October 26th, 2018 with 2nd Degree Sale of Methamphetamine in a Park Zone and Felon in Possession of Ammunition. Korrine Star Senarighi (23) was formally charged with Felony 5th Degree Possession of Methamphetamine and Operating a Disorderly House. Investigators also arrested three people who had outstanding warrants for their arrest.

As a result of the hard work of the agencies listed above and input from neighbors, this drug that would have been distributed in our community has been removed from the streets.
