SUBJECT: Three Charged After Heroin Search Warrant

[DULUTH, MN] - On October 26th 2018, the Lake Superior Drug and Violent Crime Task Force, Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA), Cloquet Police Department and the Carlton County Sheriff’s Office executed search warrants on a motor vehicle following a traffic stop in the area of Highway 53 and West Central Entrance and at a residence in the 8900 block of Edward Street in the City of Duluth.  The search warrants were the result of a multi-agency investigation into a male who was supplying heroin for sale in Duluth and the Bad River Indian Reservation in the State of Wisconsin.  As a result of the search warrants investigators seized approximately 74 grams of heroin, over $6,000 U.S. currency, drug packaging, digital scales and firearm ammunition.  Two males and a female were arrested following the execution of the search warrants and were lodged at the St. Louis County Jail.

On October 30th 2018, the St. Louis County Attorney’s Office formally charged 30 year old Timothy Bowles Jr., of Duluth, 28 year old Graci Lynn Plucinski, of Ashland, WI and 36 year old Robert Brandon Stone, of Ashland, WI, with Aid & Abet 1st Degree Sale of a Controlled Substance and Aid & Abet 1st Degree Possession of a Controlled Substance

Bowles’ bail was set at $100,000 ($50,00 with conditions, $25,000 cash with no conditions). Plucinski’s bail was set at $75,000 ($25,00 with conditions, $15,000 cash with no conditions). Stone’s bail was set at $100,000 ($50,000 with conditions, $25,000 cash with no conditions).

Thanks to the collaboration of multiple agencies, the dangerous drugs seized during the warrant are out of our community.
