[DULUTH, MN] - On December 5th 2018, the Lake Superior Drug and Violent Crime Task Force executed a search warrant on Dameon Juvan Henley (31) of Minneapolis and a motor vehicle following an investigation into the sale of controlled substances by Henley. Henley was stopped in the vehicle on the 400 block of East 4th Street by investigators. Following the execution of the search warrants, police recovered over seven grams of cocaine and $385 U.S. currency from Henley, which resulted in his arrest.
On December 10th 2018, Dameon Henley was formally charged by the St. Louis County Attorney’s Office with 3rd Degree Sale of a Controlled Substance. At the time of his arrest Henley was on supervised release in Hennepin County following his conviction for felony 1st Degree Test Refusal in 2015. Henley has previous convictions in Minnesota for Terroristic Threats (2013), 1st Degree Test Refusal (2012), DWI (2011), DWI (2011), Theft from Person (2009), DWI (2009) and 4th Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct (2008).
