Brick Work to Partially Obstruct 3rd Ave West in Downtown Duluth
[Duluth, MN] - The City of Duluth is informing the public of a sidewalk and partial street obstruction to accommodate exterior brick work on the Lonsdale Building located at 302 West Superior Street. Crews will start work on December 12 and is expected to finish on December 14. A contractor will be staging heavy equipment on 3rd Ave West between West Superior Street and West Michigan Street. The equipment and work will block off parking spaces and the sidewalk on the western side of the avenue. Pedestrians should use the sidewalks on the eastern side of West 3rd Avenue. Two way traffic will be maintained on the avenue.
