[DULUTH, MN] - Michael Laquan Garmon, 44 year old B/M, Height 6'0", Weight 218 lbs., Black Hair, Brown Eyes will be released and will reside in the vicinity of the 1500 Block of East Superior Street in Duluth, MN.
Offender has a history of sexual contact with a known adult female and an unknown female child. Contact included penetration. Garmon has used force to gain compliance.
Change of address will occur on 5/9/2019.
