Utility Work To Be Done On Portion Of West Fourth Street

[Duluth, MN] Eastbound traffic on West Fourth Street between Second Avenue West and Lake Avenue will be detoured down to Second Street beginning on Tuesday, May 14th, 2019 through approximately Saturday, May 18th, 2019.

Crews will be installing new utilities in the area.

Traffic heading west will not be detoured.
