Fifth Avenue West Ramps to Close for up to Two Weeks
[Duluth, MN] The City of Duluth will be closing both of the 5th Avenue West ramps that access Railroad Street for concrete pavement repairs. The closures will begin on Wednesday, May 15th and are expected to be closed for approximately two weeks. Traffic will be detoured along Harbor Drive.
