Weather Changes Parks Day Event Locations
[Duluth, MN] Due to the forecasted temperature, precipitation, and winds Saturday morning, the Duluth Parks and Recreation department’s Parks Day events will be changing.
The event at Brighton Beach will be cancelled.
The event at Central Hillside Park will now take place in the Washington Center gym (310 N. 1st Ave. W.). Please enter the building on 1st Ave. W. between 3rd and 4th Street.
Activities in the Washington Center gym from 10 am – 1 pm will include basketball, disc golf, giveaways for the first 50 youth, snacks, and an Open House about the future plans for Central Hillside Park.
