Third Street between 1st and 2nd Avenue West to Close Thursday for Utility Repairs

[Duluth, MN] Third Street between 1st and 2nd Avenue West will be closed on Thursday May 23rd for City crews to perform utility repairs. Traffic will be detoured up Lake Ave to 4th Street. Repairs will begin at 8 a.m. and are expected to conclude by 5 p.m.
