INCIDENT LOCATION: 1600 East 2nd Street
On Monday, August 3, 2009, at 4:47 a.m., the Duluth Police located and arrested Arthur Godfrey Strong, age 52 of Duluth, in the 1600 block of East 2nd Street. Police had responded to the 1600 block of East Superior Street on the report of a unwanted male at the back door and refusing to leave. The male was gone when squads arrived who then began checking the area. Strong was located and taken into custody without incident. He was transported to the St. Louis County Jail where he was lodged on the arrest warrant for Criminal Sexual Conduct in the Third Degree.
