Harbor Drive Construction to Begin June 24th

[Duluth, MN] The City of Duluth will be doing construction from Railroad Street to the Vista Fleet offices on Harbor Drive from June 24th until August 8th. During the week of June 24th, a storm pipe will be replaced.  This replacement will close the road to through traffic for approximately one week.

Following the storm replacement, additional work, including milling, paving and striping, will occur under traffic with flaggers if necessary. This work will be periodic.

During this time, there will be bike and pedestrian access to the reconstructed Minnesota Slip seawall area. Pedestrians can also access the DECC parking lots, Vista Fleet ticket office, and the Vista Fleet boarding area.

Access to businesses will be maintained during construction.
