City to Announce Affordable Housing Pilot Program, Update on Mayors State of the City Address Housing Commitments

[Duluth, MN] Mayor Larson will provide an update on commitments made within her State of the City Address around affordable housing at 11 a.m. this morning at City Hall. In addition to those announcements, City staff will release information on a new affordable housing pilot program that will launch this year.
