City to Repair Storm Manhole on 1st Avenue West and 1st Street

[Duluth, MN] The City of Duluth will repair a storm manhole in the lower part of the intersection of 1st Avenue West and 1st Street on Tuesday and Wednesday, July 23rd and 24th, 2019.

Traffic will be closed on 1st Avenue West between 1st Street and the alley below, and 1st Street will be reduced to one lane. Traffic will reopen once the work is complete.
