City to replace water valves in Piedmont

[Duluth, MN] The City of Duluth will be replacing two water valves in the lower Piedmont neighborhood on Tuesday, July 30th (see a map of the affected area). The water valves are leaking and would cause icing problems.  Water is anticipated to be shut off between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. Residents were notified earlier today.
