[Duluth, MN] -- All Duluth Public Library events are free and open to the public.

Monday, August 26 at Mt. Royal Branch Library – 105 Mt. Royal Shopping Circle
Mt. Royal Readers’ Guild – 2:30 – 3:30 pm: Want to join a “secret” readers’ guild? Let’s read Escape from Mr. Lemoncello’s Library together and unlock the secrets through puzzles and activities. 

 

Tuesday, August 27 at West Duluth Branch Library – 5830 Grand Avenue
West Duluth Movies for Seniors: Going In Style – 1:00 pm: Rated PG-13; 1h 36m. Join the West Duluth Branch Library and the Evergreen Senior Center for a special summer movie series for Senior Citizens! Register online at http://www.duluthlibrary.org.

 

Wednesday, August 28 at Main Library – 520 West Superior Street
Storytime Stay & Play – 10:30 am – 12:30 pm: Stay and play after storytime with Duluth Parks and Recreation! Join us at 10:15 am for Baby and Toddler time or at 11:15 for Preschool Storytime. Stay after storytime for large motor and imaginative play provided by Duluth Parks and Recreation. This event is for children birth through preschool. In the Green Room. 

Squad Car Storytime – 3:45 – 4:15 pm: Join us for stories read by one of Duluth's police officers. In the Youth Services area.

 

Thursday, August 29 at Main Library – 520 West Superior Street
Fun for Kids! – 10:30 am – 1:00 pm: Looking for fun and free activities for children this summer? Each week will have a variety of crafts, games, and activities for kids entering grades K-5. Children under age 8 must be accompanied by an adult. In the Green Room.

Thursday, August 29 at Mt. Royal Branch Library – 105 Mt. Royal Shopping Circle
Tapetown Storytime  – 10:15 am – 10:45 am: Join us for an interactive play space where you can explore all the sights of the city with toy cars. You can visit the Car Wash, send a letter at the Post Office, make a deposit at the Tape Town Bank, plus many other townie activities! Bring your own vehicle or borrow one of ours! 

 

Friday, August 30 at Main Library – 520 West Superior Street
Movies for Kids: Wonder - 10:30 am: Rated PG;1 hour and 53 minutes

Food Truck Friday – 11:00 am – 2:00 pm: Back by popular demand! Duluth food truck favorites will be on the library plaza for lunch. Check our Facebook and Twitter pages for the latest #FoodTruckFriday updates. For all ages. Come hungry!
