Repairs completed but residents asked to continue water conservation


The City of Duluth crews have repaired a broken pipe at the Arlington Pump Station.  Water is being restored to the Miller Hill Mall, Duluth Heights, and Hermantown areas but residents and businesses are asked to refrain from excess water usage for at least another 24 hours while the system works to build up the water reservoir.
