City of Duluth Launches reLEAF Duluth

[Duluth, MN] The City of Duluth will be planting new trees in the Lakeside neighborhood to replace ash trees that had been removed, as well as hosting a workshop and further tree plantings in observance of Arbor Day.

The reLEAF Duluth workshop will be hosted on Tuesday, September 10th from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm at Portman Community Center (4601 McCulloch Street), and will highlight tree planting best practices. This workshop is open to all ages and abilities.

Details on further tree planting parties:

  • Saturday, September 14th from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm at North 48th Avenue East and Oneida Street
  • Tuesday, September 17th from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm at North 52nd Avenue East and Colorado Street
