What Does ‘Up to Code’ Mean to You Presentation Tomorrow
[Duluth, MN] As a part of a “Coffee and Conversations” series, the City of Duluth will host the second part of a three-piece series tomorrow on, “What does ‘up to code’ mean to you.’ The event will be held at the NorShor Theater from 8:00 – 9:00 a.m. with a behind the scenes tour of the NorShor following the presentation.
Are you a developer, commercial realtor, design professional, business owner, commercial contractor, entrepreneur, or someone interested in doing a building rehab or expansion project? If you are, this session is for you! Attendees will learn about building accessibility, sprinkler and exiting requirements, mechanical systems, and much more. City staff will also include real-life examples in their presentations of what is necessary to redevelop or reuse existing buildings and sites. Following the presentation, there will be time for questions and answers.
Please use the skywalk entrance to the first level (street level) or use the box office entrance. The Grand Entrance will not be open.
Thank you to our series sponsors LHB & the Duluth Area Chamber of Commerce.
The Coffee & Conversation series is facilitated by Elissa Hansen, President & CEO of The Northspan Group, Inc.
