Additional Road Closures as a part of Vision Northland Project to begin Monday
[Duluth, MN] Additional road closures as a part of the Vision Northland project will begin on Monday, September 30th. Fourth Avenue East is currently closed from Superior Street to First Street, and the closure will now extend to Second Street.
Traffic will be reduced to two lanes on Second Street between Third Avenue East and Fifth Avenue East.
Crews are in the process of mobilizing and staging for excavation work to begin soon. Traffic signage will be posted throughout the closed areas.
