SUBJECT: A Portion of Second Avenue West will close from October 14 - 16

A Portion of Second Avenue West will close from October 14 - 16
[Duluth, MN] A portion of Second Avenue West will be closed to traffic starting on October 14th through October 16th due to a contractor replacing the sewer in a nearby alley. The portion of Second Avenue West that will be closed is between Third and Fourth Street, just below the Fourth Street alley. The sidewalk on the west side should remain open, and the sidewalk on the east side will be closed. Residents in the area should be aware that the 4th Street alley will be closed for an extended amount of time. Contractors are working quickly (weather permitting) and appreciate the publics' patience.
