The Duluth Police Department would like to notify the public about the address change of Level III Predatory Offender Dan Rico Sims, DOB 10/27/1982.
Sims is now living in the area of 20th Avenue West and Superior Street.
Sims’ history includes sexual contact with a female victim age 13. Sims used force to gain compliance and the incident involved fondling and penetration. Sims was not known by the victim and he first approached the victim in a public place.
