INCIDENT LOCATION: 900 Block E 4th St
[DULUTH, MN] On 10/2/2019, the Lake Superior Drug and Violent Crime Task Force and Duluth Police Department conducted a search warrant at an apartment located on the 900 Block of E 4th St.
The search warrant yielded heroin and drug packaging materials. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of Isiah Amir Stevenson (28) and Michael Joseph Williams (29). Both Stevenson and Williams were charged with 1st degree sale of a controlled substance heroin. Stevenson also had an outstanding warrant for aggravated robbery.
