[DULUTH, MN] On 10/25/2019 Duluth Police Department Property Crime investigators conducted a search warrant on the 2000 Block of W 2nd St in response to burglaries reported on 10/21/2019. As a result of the warrant, suspected evidence from the burglaries was recovered. On 10/28/2019 Kyle Michael Carl (25) was formally charged with 1 count of 2nd Degree Burglary and 2 Counts of 3rd Degree Burglary. Carl currently has seven open criminal cases, 5 felony level and 2 misdemeanor level in St. Louis County for charges of Burglary, Possession of Burglary Tools, Shoplifting, and Criminal Damage to Property.
