[DULUTH, MN] – Willie James Vaughn-Bey, 57 year old B/M, Height 5’9”, weight 172 lbs, black hair, brown eyes will be released and will reside in the vicinity of the 1700 Block of East Superior Street in Duluth, MN.
Offender has a history of sexual contact with a known minor female and an unknown adult female victim. Contact included sexual touching and penetration. Vaughn-Bey used force to gain compliance.
Change of address will occur on 11/15/2019.
