City to Host Final Coffee & Conversations Session
[Duluth, MN] The City of Duluth will hold its final session of a three-piece Coffee & Conversations series tomorrow, November 6, from 8 – 9 a.m. at Crooked Pint Ale House. The last installment is entitled “I think I have a plan, now what?” and will help those who want to start a project navigate through the planning, permitting review, and construction requirements of the project. Staff will also go over the overall processes of redeveloping or reusing a building, and the expectations and responsibilities that go with that.
These sessions are the outcome of the Red Tape Reduction Task Force that was created by City Council. This outreach series is focused on content for developers, commercial realtors, design professionals, entrepreneurs, business owners, commercial contractors, or individuals that are interested in learning more about the city process.
The City of Duluth would like to thank LHB and the Duluth Area Chamber of Commerce for sponsoring this series.
The Coffee & Conversation series is facilitated by Elissa Hansen, President & CEO of Northspan.
