[Duluth, MN] City of Duluth staff and Friends of the Lakewalk will hold a ribbon-cutting for the completion of Phase I and II of the Lakewalk on Tuesday, November 12th at 1:00 p.m. Speakers will give a recap of completed work, unveil plans, and the projected timeline for Phase III of the project.
