[Duluth, MN] -- All Duluth Public Library events are free and open to the public.
Monday, November 18 at Main Library – 520 West Superior Street
Book Bingo - 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm: If you like bingo, you’ll love book bingo – instead of numbers we draw book titles! Play to win a gift card to Barnes & Noble. In the Gold Room.

Wednesday, November 20 at Main Library – 520 West Superior Street
Baby and Toddler Storytime - 10:15 am: For children from birth to 36 months. 20 minutes of simple stories and fingerplays for infants and toddlers with parents. In Youth Services.
Preschool Storytime - 11:15 am: 30 minutes of stories, songs and fingerplays. In Youth Services.
Squad Car Storytime - 3:45 pm: Join us for stories read by one of Duluth's police officers. In Youth Services.
Wednesday, November 20 at West Duluth Branch Library – 5830 Grand Avenue
West Duluth Storytime - 10:30 am: 30 minutes of stories, songs, and fingerplays.
Read to a Dog - 3:30 pm: Kids can read a story to a good listener with big ears and a wagging tail! These one-on-one read-aloud sessions with a licensed therapy dog are a great way to practice reading in a comfortable, fun environment.

DPL Book Group: There There – 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm: There There by Tommy Orange — Jacquie Red Feather is newly sober and trying to make it back to the family she left behind in shame in Oakland. Dene Oxedrene is pulling his life together after his uncle's death and has come to work the powwow and to honor his uncle's memory. Edwin Frank has come to find his true father. Bobby Big Medicine has come to drum the Grand Entry. Opal Viola Victoria Bear Shield has come to watch her nephew Orvil Red Feather; Orvil has taught himself Indian dance through YouTube videos, and he has come to the Big Oakland Powwow to dance in public for the very first time. Tony Loneman is a young Native American boy whose future seems destined to be as bleak as his past, and he has come to the Powwow with darker intentions--intentions that will destroy the lives of everyone in his path. New members welcome! In the Gold Room.
