Rebuild Duluth Program Announcement Tomorrow

[Duluth, MN] As a part of Mayor Larson’s 2019 State of the City Address, she mentioned a program called Rebuild Duluth as a call to invite creative proposals for affordable housing. Tomorrow Mayor Larson and City staff will formally announce the program, and details behind it.
