City to Close Morse Street in Canal Park
[Duluth, MN] City officials have closed off Morse Street to traffic due to flooding.
The National Weather Service has said that wind gusts will remain high throughout the night. The City of Duluth will continue to monitor roadways, and areas for potential flooding.
The City will continue to provide updates.
