[DULUTH, MN] On December 4, 2019, Robert Anthony Winston aka “Young” was formally charged with 2nd Degree Assault – Use of a Dangerous Weapon. Winston was charged after the investigation of a shooting that occurred on November 25, 2019 in the Lincoln Park neighborhood. Winston used a firearm and shot into a moving vehicle. Luckily no one was injured during the incident. The shooting was investigated by Duluth Police and the Lake Superior Drug and Violent Crimes Task Force. Winston is currently in custody at the Saint Louis County Jail in Duluth. He is being held there on $100,00.00 bail.
