A Portion of East Skyline Parkway to Close for Season

[Duluth, MN] The City of Duluth is closing East Skyline Parkway from Hawks Ridge to the bridge north of the recreation center on Seven Bridges Road for the season.

This is an annual, and planned, seasonal closure and the road will reopen in the spring.
