[DULUTH, MN] The Duluth Police Department is commemorating 150 years of service in the city of Duluth. To recognize this significant milestone of service, you will see officers wearing a sesquicentennial anniversary badge for 2020, which are similar to the original badges issued to Duluth Police Department officers when the department was first established in 1870. We are proud to serve the citizens of Duluth for the past 150 years and we look forward to continuing our social contract with this community.
