Power Need Leads to Temporary One-Way Traffic at 4th Ave East Intersection

[Duluth, MN] On Thursday, January 9 and Friday, January 10, the City of Duluth will temporarily reduce traffic to one way at the intersection of Fourth Avenue East and Superior Street. Flaggers will manage the intersection from 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. each day. The one-way traffic is the result of MN Power underground crews feeding power to a piece of equipment in Essentia Health’s construction zone.
