Water Main at 21st Avenue East Repaired, I-35 Ramp Reopened
[Duluth, MN] The City of Duluth Public Works and Utilities staff repaired the water main break that closed the off-ramp from I-35 to 21st Avenue East. Water service was restored before 3:00 p.m. to the ICO gas station that was affected by the break. Staff reopened the northbound off-ramp on I-35 to 21st Avenue East.
