Portion of 3rd Avenue East to Temporarily Close for Manhole Repair
[Duluth, MN] On Wednesday, January 29th, 3rd Avenue East between 2nd Street and 2nd Street alley will be closed to traffic to repair a utility hole. The closure will be from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Detours are in place during this time. Please see the attached map for details. The sidewalk within the affected area will be open during this time to pedestrians.
