Mayor Larson Announces State of the City Address to take place at West Theatre
[Duluth, MN] Mayor Larson will hold her fifth State of the City address at the West Theatre on March 30, 2020. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m. with the program beginning at 6:00 p.m. More details will follow in the weeks to come.
