[DULUTH, MN] Cedric Scott Anderson, 44 year old American Indian or Alaskan Native, Height 5’9”, weight 189 lbs, black hair, and brown eyes will be released and will reside in the vicinity of the 2200 Block of West 3rd Street in Duluth, MN.
Offender engaged in sexual contact with an unknown adult female (met the day of the offense). Contact included penetration. Anderson choked her and used force to gain compliance. On a separate occasion, Anderson engaged in sexual contact with a known adult female. Contact included penetration. Force was used to gain compliance.
Change of address will occur on 04/06/2020.
