SUBJECT: 1st Street to be Temporarily Converted to two-way Traffic around St. Luke’s

                                               1st Street to be Temporarily Converted to two-way Traffic around St. Luke’s
[Duluth, MN] Beginning tomorrow, March 24th at 6:00 a.m. a contractor will be onsite to temporarily convert 1st Street to two-way traffic between 8th Avenue East and 12th Avenue East around St. Luke’s Hospital. The work is expected to be completed by 7:00 a.m.

St. Luke’s Hospital made the request for the temporary conversion as a part of their COVID-19 Contingency Plan to facilitate patient care and access to their medical facilities.
