Comfort Systems Will Not Disconnect Services Due to Cold Weather Rule


[Duluth, MN] Comfort Systems would like to remind the public that water and gas services will not be disconnected for residents who are behind on payments. Bills will continue to be sent to residents, and it is the responsibility of residents to pay those bills. Comfort Systems will continue to abide by the Cold Weather Rule and not disconnect services until further notice. Shut off notices were previously sent before the City made the commitment not to shut off services due to the economic impact of COVID-19.
