At 7:57 this morning, the Duluth Fire Department responded to the report of a garage on fire. Units arriving found the rear of a detached garage on fire. Crews quickly extinguished the fire and limited damage to the garage and immediate area.
All persons living in the house were quickly accounted for. Preliminary investigation revealed that the fire began externally, involving a lean-to shed attached to the rear of the garage.
