Contractor to Close a Portion of 10th Avenue East for Several Hours
[Duluth, MN] On Tuesday, May 19, a contractor working for St Luke's will close 10th Avenue East between 1st Street and 2nd Street for the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The contractor will be working on the skywalk crossing. While the road under the skywalk will be closed, the sidewalk will remain open.
