Results of Duluth's National Citizen Survey available on city web site.

The results of the Duluth National Citizen Survey are now available on the city web site:  http://www.duluthmn.gov/surveys/national_citizen_survey/. This report of the City of Duluth survey provides the opinions of a representative sample of residents about community quality of life, service delivery, civic participation and unique issues of local interest.

This periodic sounding of resident opinion offers staff, elected officials and other stakeholders an opportunity to identify challenges and to plan for and evaluate improvements and
to sustain services and amenities for long-term success.  The results are included in this final report which city officials can use in planning and budgeting for the future. 
 

The National Citizen Survey is sponsored by the International City /County Management Association in cooperation with National Research Center, Inc.  The questionnaire and survey procedure was designed based on the experience of hundreds of local governments of all sizes, from small to large.
