Alley to Close Temporarily as a part of Superior Street Reconstruction Project
[Duluth, MN] The City of Duluth, beginning on Wednesday, August 19, will close the alley between 1 Street and Superior Street at 2nd Avenue West. The alley has to be closed to make utility connections as a part of the Phase III Superior Street Reconstruction Project. The alley will dead end on both sides of the Avenue for a month or more. Businesses affected by this closure have been contacted prior to this announcement.
