Lake Avenue will reopen on August 21

[Duluth, MN] Lake Avenue will partially reopen to traffic after 2:00 p.m. on August 21. One lane will be open for southbound traffic, and one lane will be open for northbound traffic. Drivers will not be able to access Superior Street from Lake Avenue until the Phase III project has been completed later this fall.

Lake Avenue and Superior Street intersection was closed to all through traffic on April 6 as the start of the Phase III Superior Street Reconstruction project.
