City to enforce on-street parking in Canal Park next week for manhole project
[Duluth, MN] Beginning Monday, September 14, no on-street parking will be permitted on South Lake Avenue from the East bridge approach near 7th Street to 12th Street. Contractors will be making adjustments to sanitary manholes on South Lake Avenue that are located in the center of driving lanes. Traffic will be directed around the manholes while work is being done. No parking signs will be posted on Friday, September 11. This project is expected to be completed on Friday, September 18. No parking will be enforced during this time.
