         5th Avenue East to close Monday, September 21

[Duluth, MN] On Monday, September, 21 Fifth Avenue East will close between 3rd and 4th Street. The closure is a result of electrical work being done on the Essentia Vision Northland project. The closure will take place from 7:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Detours signs will be posted.
