[DULUTH, MN] A press conference will be held to ask for the public's help in locating Sheila Lou St. Clair. On 9/10/2015 Duluth police officers responded to the report of a missing person. Upon arrival officers learned that friends and family had last seen Sheila Lou St. Clair (48) on 8/20/2015. St. Clair would now be a 53 year old Native American female, 5'5" tall, 125 lbs with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen in the area of the 100 Block of W 3rd St. Five years after her disappearance, Duluth police investigators continue to follow up on leads and seek the public's help in locating St. Clair.
